A large master bedroom with adjoining walk in closet and master bath can be found upstairs while the second bedroom is on the main floor with bathroom nearby. There is a laundry room on the main floor with included washer and dryer. All kitchen appliances are also included: refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher.

This rental is for the main house on this property. There is also a studio on the lower level that is in the permitting process and will have separate utilities and address. The two spaces have separate entrances and separate decks. One garage space is included in this rental and the other side is for the future studio tenant. We can consider renting out both spaces for a discounted rate for friends or family that would like to live close together yet still have separate living spaces, kitchens, and utilities.

Monthly rent is $2,800 and security deposit is equal to one month rent. Lease is month-to-month. Included utilities and services are HOA fees, water, sewer, trash, recycling, and yard care. Propane and electricity are tenants responsibility.

There is a $200 deposit paid to Lake Wildwood upon orientation that is refunded upon move out. Lake Wildwood amenities include parks, beaches, trails, swimming pool, golf, tennis, and gated security. There are regular events hosted at parks in the community with live music and food. The Clubhouse includes a restaurant on the golf course and also hosts theater performances, guest speakers and more to enjoy throughout the year.

Home is strictly smoke free. Pets are considered with good pet references. There is a one time nonrefundable pet fee of $750 plus extra $75/month per pet.

We ask that everybody over the age of 18 who plans to live in the home return a complete application including proof of income, ID, references, and a credit/background check. We will review and consider complete applications.
